The Public Venture Capital Group ("PVC Group") at Research Capital Corporation specializes in small and micro-cap public company financings and IPOs. Typically these small companies require different services to the larger companies which have been through previous financings and which often have larger management teams.

Our PVC Group has completed many Capital Pool Company ("CPC") financings. The CPC Program (formerly known as the Junior Capital Pool Program) exists only on the TSX Venture Exchange. The PVC Group has also completed numerous Sponsorships, IPOs, Private Placements, Short Form Offering Documents ("SFODs"), and Prospectus financings.
