Hours of Trading
In light of the recent addition into the Canadian Market Place of alternative trading execution services other than the TSX or TSX Venture for equitities, Research Capital ("RCC") would like to advise its clients of our hours of operation. RCC will be observing the same hours of operation as the TSX and TSX Venture for trading purposes and we will not be accepting or continuing to trade on alternative markets beyond 4:00 pm Eastern Standard Time. Orders which would normally expire at close of market will be considered expired at 4:00 pm regardless if other markets continue to transact beyond that time. While it is possible for RCC to transact after our regular hours this will be done in conjunction with specific agreement between RCC and the client. RCC will execute orders in accordance with best execution rules on whichever market provides the best fills throughout the trading day. If you should have any questions regarding our services please contact your Investment Advisor directly.
